Principal’s Welcome Message
Bonjour et Bienvenue!
My name is Roselita Victor, but you can call me Mrs. Rose. It is an honor to serve as the Principal of Southeastern Preparatory Academy (SEPA). This is my second year at SEPA, and I am thrilled to be part of this wonderful school community—a place that nurtures academic excellence, leadership, and global awareness. SEPA is especially dear to me, as my three sons and my niece are also part of this incredible learning environment.
I hold degrees in Linguistics and Science of Education from Paris X University. My journey in education began in 1999 as a German Private Tutor, then in 2003, I started my career as an ESOL teacher in France, where I was born and spent most of my life. In 2011, I moved to the United States and dedicated nearly a decade to teaching French at the only IB (International Baccalaureate) Middle School in Osceola County. During this time, I developed and honed my leadership skills, which have shaped me into the Educator I am today.
With an international background and a passion for languages, I bring a global perspective to SEPA. I studied German for eight years, speak French, Haitian Creole, and English fluently, and have basic conversational skills in Spanish as well. I strongly believe that cultural awareness and multilingualism are essential in preparing students to be well-rounded global citizens.
At SEPA, my vision is clear:
✔️ Ensure our students are academically prepared for college and career success
✔️ Instill strong leadership skills, work ethic, and a growth mindset
✔️ Foster international awareness to empower students as future global leaders
I am excited about the journey ahead—one filled with learning, growth, and achievement. Together, as a SEPA family, we will continue to inspire, lead, and prepare our students for a bright future!
Welcome to SEPA—Where Success Begins!
Roselita Victor (“Mrs. Rose”)
